Integrative Wellness Coaching
Health and Wellness aren’t just fads. They require a reflection into our mind, spirit, emotional state and our bodies. Lifestyle changes can be hard and sometimes not always understood or supported by those around us. Our “diet” is more than the food we take into our system, but a collective presence in our thoughts, those around us, the patterns we align with that go with or against our core values, the information we consume and the way our body digests all of this. Coaching encompasses a flexible and individualized service that meets you where you are at in your life for an extra baseline support.
Offering 1:1, family and friend appointments over video with in person pending location. Appointments can be made multiple times per week to once per month to meet your needs.

Lifestyle support
Let’s define what wellness means for you. Aligning your core values with your dailing patterns and how authentic this feels to you can be a big step in understanding where we want to be in life. and what feels right to us. We will explore different techniques and routines for you to add or change that support your vision of yourself. We will discuss nutritional support to better support your mental health and an anti or reduced inflammatory lifestyle.

Expressive Arts Facilitation
Let’s use the arts to help us release and express stored emotions, barriers to change and to envision what we want to see fo ourselves and your goals. A collective experience filled with story telling, journaling, art, movement and nature based activities together as well as separately to discuss when meeting.

Goal Setting and Skill Building
A firm believer of “people do well if they can”, meaning, when our system doesn’t have the skills it needs to complete a task, that task is eitehr avoided or harder to achieve. We can take an executive function approach and also adopt neuroadaptive techniques to helping our brain connect, process information, require and rebuild patterns for skill building, to have a fully brain/body connection.

Functional Approach
What is the root cause to what is going on for you? Culturally sensitive and respectful- let’s take a (w)holistic look and support your advocacy within the systems that are impacting the change we are looking for. To be fully seen and feel a sense of belonging, we look at you in all of your elements- work, life, school, friends, family, self, relationships, and any other parts that surface. Everything is connected to our mindset and nervous system and we cannot focus on one area without understanding the impact in other areas of our life.

Support/Advocacy
Need support with parenting techniques? Going to an appointment? How to advocate for what you need for school or medically? This is the service to ask for because not only can we show up and walk through evaluations, appointments and resources- depending on location, we can attend with you.

Mentorship
You will find appointments to focus on being the right fit for you so that you can be empowered to make those changes you are seeking. From one Human to another, approaching each person with empathy and respect for past, present and future selves- you will find a mentor through it all.
Financial Information
Coaching services are strictly private pay as we do not assign diagnosis.
A minimum of 30 minutes once per month is required. A plan can be made at the initial intake appointment around how often appointments will be needed.
