Brittany takes a wrap around approach to working clients. Functionally minded and integrative, Brittany will work with you around gaining tools for nervous system restoration, maintaining symptoms and looking for the root cause of what is going on. She is Reiki certified and utilizes Expressive Arts Therapy as a specialty. Her population is mainly children, families, parenting, couples and young adults. As a somatically trauma informed therapist, her specialities include complex trauma, physical/sexual/medical trauma, chronic illness/autoimmune/allergies, neuroinflammatory and neurodivergence, learning disabilities, and anxiety. Brittany enjoys being outdoors, a mom to humans and her animals, photography, story telling, gardening and more. As a practitioner that also copes with having a neuroinflammatory autoimmune disorder and allergies as well as a mom to medically complex and neurospicy kids, Brittany brings empathy to her clients.
